This cut of meat is prepared in a similar way to the<em>\u00a0Cecina<\/em>, leaving it and drying it in the air or with wood smoke.<\/p>\n<h2>Tlayuda<\/h2>\n<p>It is characterized by size, as they measure\u00a0<strong>30 to 40 centimeters in diameter<\/strong>, with a corn base with beans, tasajo, cheese, cabbage, lettuce, and\u00a0<em>Morita pepper<\/em>\u00a0sauce.
